Guidehouse is seeking an experienced IT security professional to build, manage, and control secure configurations for a federal client, following NIST 800-128 guidelines to enable secure operations.

You will oversee 200+ information systems, perform risk analyses on configuration changes, document outcomes, and contribute to policy development and audits. This role requires US citizenship, an active TS clearance, and 5+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained US federal security clearance required.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Five (5) or more years of overall work experience.
• Experience managing large security projects (cost, schedule, and performance).
• The ability to obtain a DoD 8570 Level 1 certification within 6 months of employment, if not already obtained.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and control secure configurations for 200+ information systems.
• Ensure information security configuration management requirements align with NIST 800-128 guidelines.
• Perform security risk analyses for changes to system configuration.
• Document approved/implemented changes in reports and policy documents.
• Support policy development for configuration management and audits.
