Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an IT Security Auditor to lead stakeholder engagement and deliver IT controls assessments for federal agencies. You will analyze control weaknesses, develop remediation plans, and mentor junior staff.

Ideal candidates have an information security/assurance background, a active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, and at least 2 years of federal IT consulting experience. Travel up to 10% and a collaborative technology consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business field.
• 2+ years of IT consulting experience, including work with federal government clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement and technical delivery for IT controls assessments and program evaluations.
• Review system security plans and audit logs; analyze artifacts for IT controls testing.
• Evaluate IT controls against federal requirements and industry guidance; document results clearly.
• Summarize IT controls assessment results to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members in IT controls testing and delivery tasks.
