Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of relevant experience in communications, change management, customer engagement, IT program support, executive communication, or mission‑focused consulting.
• Ability to work at client site in Washington, DC 4 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a central liaison between senior mission customers and the agency’s CIO organization, ensuring seamless information flow and proactive issue resolution.
• Translate technical IT and cybersecurity concepts into executive-ready narratives, briefings, and decision materials for intelligence, operational, and policy audiences.
• Engage with end users, system owners, cyber teams, program offices, and senior intelligence consumers to understand requirements and adoption needs.
• Develop and deliver high-quality communication products, including executive updates, strategic messaging, status reports, talking points, and mission impact summaries.
• Support enterprise technology roadmap activities and prepare materials for senior governance forums.
