The candidate will lead staffing, reporting, and technical leadership efforts, while ensuring an ethical, high-performance organization. Requires TS clearance and PMP certification, with extensive program management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of program management experience, including 5+ years in supervisory or leadership roles.
• Active and current Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse workforce across locations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP Certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the TMPC program alongside the Program Manager.
• Lead staffing planning and manage staffing fluctuations for the program.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure monthly reporting and metrics collection.
• Provide technical leadership for program efforts based on customer priorities.
• Direct subordinate managers and teams and foster a professional, ethical organization.
• Collaborate with customers and staff across functions to align staffing and tasking.
