Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with testing experience to understand complex requirements and translate them into robust, compliant solutions for US federal programs. You will build strong stakeholder relationships, verify feasibility, and support the team through design, testing, and deployment phases.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies and demonstrate knowledge of current technologies.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst with testing experience.
Ability to create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.
Full lifecycle development using Waterfall and Agile.
Must understand client business needs, gather user stories and requirements, and understand testing phases.
Must demonstrate knowledge of application functionality and current technology.
Active TS clearance.

Responsibilities

Develops thorough understanding of requirements and designs optimal solutions to meet functional requirements.
Builds trusting relationships with major project stakeholders and guides adoption of best solutions.
Collaborates with team to ensure technical feasibility and identify areas to reduce implementation effort.
Assists in quality management reviews ensuring business and design requirements are met.
Configures and tests solutions and supports the technical team for custom development.
Leads internal business process story/requirement gathering.
Provides process flow and system diagramming.
Acts as liaison to business and technical teams while maintaining business perspective.
