Job summary
Soft Tech Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst/Tester to join our DC-area team onsite. You will identify functional requirements, write user stories, perform QA testing, and support design sessions for client projects.
The role requires United States citizenship and a Top Secret clearance, with mandatory onsite presence in Washington, DC four days a week and one day remote option. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, strong communication skills, and the
Qualifications
- Top Secret Cleared.
- Report to client site 4 times a week with option for 1 day remote.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience.
- Experience with Business Requirement Analysis.
- Experience with Agile Project Management.
- Experience with JIRA Ticketing.
- Experience with Manual Testing.
- Experience with SAFe.
- Clear written communication and documentation skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight.
- Able to develop strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify functional requirements and create user stories.
- Test developed stories and ensure application QA.
- Prepare and participate in internal design sessions.
- Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials.
- Assist Scrum Master and other team members when needed.
