NCR Atleos, headquartered in Atlanta, seeks a TS Billing Specialist to manage all billing related to Transaction Services for NCRs Global Accounts. This role ensures purchase orders and invoices are tracked and in control.

The key purpose is to ensure that all billing requests are processed correctly the first time and invoiced promptly. Key tasks include validating POs, collecting required docs, preparing billing templates, meeting deadlines, updating Quickbase and EPM, and handling disputes

Formación

• 2-3 years of relevant billing experience.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in a related field.
• Familiarity with billing documents and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Validate Purchase Orders for billing purposes.
• Ensure required documents (MCN, LAAs, sign-offs, certificates) are in place.
• Book POs and prepare billing templates for submission.
• Meet billing submission deadlines to the BOC.
• Validate invoices and update Quickbase, EPM and related tools.
• Prepare monthly billing/revenue files for management.
• Process RMA credits/rebills for disputes with customers.
• Attend/participate in conference calls as required.

Job Role for a TS Billing Specialist

Position Summary:

TS Billing Specialist is responsible for managing and controlling all aspects of the billing associated with “Transaction Services” for NCRs Global Accounts. Billing Specialistensures that all customer purchase orders and customer invoices are tracked and in control. The key purpose of the role is to ensure that all billing requests can be processed correctly the first time and invoiced promptly.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Validating the Purchase Orders received for billing.
• Checking for all the mandate details required for Billing submission – MCN, LAAs, Sign-off documents, Performance Certificates, etc.
• PO booking (email template completed and sent to BOC for booking).
• Preparing WOT forms / Billing template for submission.
• Meeting deadlines for Billing submissions to the BOC.
• Validating invoices have been created.
• Updating all the relevant tools – Quickbase, EPM etc.
• Ensuring the PO is down-counted as requested.
• Preparing Monthly Billing / Revenue files for Mgmt as required.
• RMA credit/ credit and rebill requests completed for disputes from customer and AR.
• Attend/participate in Conference calls as required.

Basic Qualification:

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate
• 2-3 years of relevant experience required
