The successful candidate will collaborate with the Practice Lead to enhance the planning and administration aspects of the Trusts & Estates and Fiduciary Litigation Group, while managing client relationships and driving practice growth.

Qualifications

• JD with admission in good standing in New York State.
• 10+ years of experience in Trusts & Estates practice.
• Extensive experience drafting complex estate planning documents.
• Strong knowledge of trust administration and fiduciary matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist in growing the Trusts & Estates practice and developing associates.
• Establish workflows and quality control for document preparation and client service.
• Collaborate on strategic planning and cross-practice opportunities.
• Maintain and expand client relationships and develop new business.
• Provide sophisticated estate planning solutions for diverse asset levels.
• Oversee trust and estate administration matters.
• Design and implement tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies.
• Guide clients through complex family dynamics and multi-generational planning.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior and mid-level associates.
• Delegate and monitor work assignments for efficiency and development.
