BCG Attorney Search in Uniondale, NY seeks an experienced Trusts and Estates Litigation Partner to join a collaborative team specializing in trusts, estates, and fiduciary litigation, with a preference for a book of business.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in sophisticated trusts and estates litigation, Surrogate's Court experience, NY bar admission, and strong supervisory skills; hybrid work option is available.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the New York State bar.
• 10+ years of sophisticated trusts and estates litigation experience, including Surrogate's Court experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a trusts and estates litigation caseload from inception to resolution.
• Conduct depositions, court appearances, and hearings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and related legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Supervise and mentor associates and paralegals.
