Qualifications

• Must have NY State admission in good standing.
• 7–10 years of experience in Trusts & Estates.
• Strong drafting and planning skills with tech-savvy approach.
• Excellent client service, communication, and collaboration.
• Knowledge of state and federal estate planning laws.

Responsibilities

• Draft comprehensive estate planning documents from wills to complex trusts.
• Create customized trust agreements including specialized trusts.
• Develop documents for wealth preservation, tax minimization, and asset protection.
• Draft powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and living wills.
• Guide clients through review and execution processes.
• Assist fiduciaries with probate and trust administration.
• Prepare estate and gift tax returns with tax professionals.
• Collaborate on succession planning document creation.
• Work with attorneys and paralegals to meet client objectives.
