LHH Recruitment Solutions is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a well-established Irvine-based law firm seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join its growing team. This full-time, onsite role in Irvine, California offers a compensation range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package and paid parking.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years of trust administration experience, a paralegal certificate, and proven attention to detail

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Trusts & Estates paralegal experience.
• Paralegal certificate required.
• Experience with trust administration, fiduciary accountings, and estate and gift tax returns.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of trust administration and related matters.
• Prepare estate and gift tax returns.
• Prepare fiduciary accountings and legal notices.
• Communicate with clients and gather information necessary for trust administration.
• Draft trust administration documents, including trust certifications, asset allocation schedules, and beneficiary transfer documents.
• Support attorneys with trust and estate matters while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
