Requirements include a high school diploma, at least 2 years in relevant practice areas, and a paralegal certificate if available. Position is non-exempt with a structured onsite/remote schedule and salary range of $85k–$105k base.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in tax, trusts and estate planning or administration.
• Paralegal certificate from ABA approved program a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to tax, trusts and estate planning attorneys preparing correspondence and legal documents.
• Prepare, revise, proofread and redline transactional documents and transmit to clients and government agencies.
• Organize estate planning binders, manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings and arrange travel.
• Track certified mailings and overnight deliveries, prepare new client/matter intake packages, transcribe voice recordings.
• Review vendor payments and attorney expense reports with attorneys and Finance.
• Assist with overflow work and miscellaneous other tasks as needed.
