Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join a Naples-based client’s estate and trust administration team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on probate, trust settlement, and related federal transfer tax filings.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in Florida estate/trust administration, strong knowledge of probate and tax processes, and proficiency with Florida e-filing systems and probate software.

Qualifications

• Background in Florida estate and trust administration (at least 5 years).
• Strong understanding of probate, trust, and tax processes, including federal transfer taxes.
• Experience with Florida e-filing systems and probate software.
• Paralegal certificate or formal legal training; 4-year degree preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and estate/trust software platforms.
• Exceptional writing, organization, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage estate and trust administration from asset collection to final distributions.
• Prepare inventories, schedules, and accountings using data from multiple sources.
• Draft probate pleadings and fiduciary documents for review and e-filing.
• Assist in preparing estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns (Form 706, Form 709, Form 1041).
• Coordinate deadlines, monitor case schedules, and support attorneys proactively.
• Maintain clear client communication and act as liaison between attorneys and families.
• Use legal and tax software platforms to streamline filings and documentation.
• Edit and proofread all work for accuracy and compliance with Florida and federal law.
