Orion Placement in San Francisco, CA, seeks an attorney with a focus on civil litigation to handle trusts, probate, estates and related disputes. The role offers direct client contact, ownership of matters, and significant responsibility in a collaborative boutique setting.

Candidates should have 2+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably with probate/trust matters, and be licensed to practice in California. Hybrid work with in-office presence is required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage discovery, conduct legal research, prepare case strategy, and support matters from inception through resolution.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal team members.
• Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and other litigation-related proceedings.
• Work closely with experienced partners while also taking ownership of your own matters and responsibilities.
• Help deliver practical, strategic, and client-focused solutions in a professional and collaborative environment.

Location:

This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA. We are looking for someone who can work in the office approximately 3 days per week while enjoying some flexibility.

Note:

Candidates must have strong civil litigation experience and be licensed to practice law in California. Probate, trusts, estates, or fiduciary litigation experience is strongly preferred.
