A respected regional law firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney with at least 6 years of experience to join its growing Worcester office. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney to take a lead role in a sophisticated practice, working with high-net-worth clients and business owners on complex estate planning and trust matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on all aspects of estate planning, tax planning, and wealth transfer
• Draft and review wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
• Manage probate and trust administration cases
• Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to implement tailored estate plans
• Provide counsel on elder law, guardianships, and charitable giving when appropriate

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Massachusetts bar
• Minimum of 6 years of experience focused on trusts & estates matters
• Strong technical knowledge of estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax issues
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage complex matters with discretion and attention to detail
• LL.M. in Taxation is a plus, but not required
