Job Details

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel to clients on all matters related to trusts and estates, including estate planning, administration, and litigation.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and to stay updated on the latest changes in trusts and estates law.
• Draft, review, and revise a variety of legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Represent clients in probate court, handle probate proceedings, and offer legal advice on probate law.
• Collaborate with our legal team to develop case strategies, provide legal advice, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain the highest level of professional and ethical conduct while delivering superior legal services.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, specifically in trusts and estates law.
• Membership in good standing with the state bar.
• Profound knowledge of trusts and estates law, probate law, and legal principles.
• Excellent legal research skills and proficiency in using legal research tools.
• Demonstrated experience in drafting and revising legal documents.
• Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
• High level of professionalism and adherence to legal and ethical standards.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Proficiency in legal case management software would be an added advantage.
