Qualifications

• 5+ years estate planning and trust administration experience.
• Experience drafting and implementing GST legacy trusts, SLATs, GRATs, IDGTs, and Charitable Trusts.
• Experience handling probate trust administration, motions, and some litigation preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interface with clients regularly.
• Must be detail-oriented and a self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and a Document Management System.
• Experience with AI tools including Co-Counsel, Co-Pilot and NetDocuments.
• Must work in the office five days during the first 90 days, then hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Draft and implement complex estate planning strategies for high-net-worth clients.
• Manage probate trust administration tasks and related motions.
• Interface with clients regularly and coordinate with fiduciaries.
• Collaborate with partners on tax and planning strategies.
• Support pro bono activities and office initiatives.
