You will work directly with clients, draft documents, advise on strategies, and manage a diverse caseload with autonomy. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of trusts and estates experience, exceptional attention to detail, and strong client communication skills for navigating

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
• 3–5 years of trusts and estates experience required.
• Strong drafting and client advisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage estate planning matters from intake to execution.
• Handle trust administration, probate, and related matters.
• Draft/review wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, and directives.
• Advise on estate tax planning and funding of trusts.
• Maintain organized caseload with deadlines and client communication.
