Lb Capital is seeking experienced roofing subcontractor crews to join our growing team in the United States. As trusted installation partners, you will install high-quality residential roofing systems while collaborating with an experienced project management team dedicated to your success.

Your crew will follow manufacturer specifications, uphold safety standards, and contribute to a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship are essential.
• Commitment to OSHA compliance and safe work practices is required.
• Current COI and liability/workers' comp insurance are required.
• A reliable truck and all necessary roofing tools and equipment are required.

Responsibilities

• Install residential roofing systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Maintain OSHA and safety practices on all jobsites.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to complete projects on schedule.
• Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and professional.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and internal teams to ensure a top-notch customer experience.
