Job summary

LB Capital seeks experienced roofing subcontractor crews to join our team, installing roofing systems on residential and possibly commercial properties while on the road in a large territory around Altoona.

This full-time role requires your own truck and tools, current insurance, and strict OSHA compliance. Expect a schedule with 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, possible weekends, and travel up to 90% as needed.

Qualifications

• General liability and workers' compensation insurance required.
• Certificate of Insurance required.
• Own a truck and roofing tools/equipment.
• Must comply with OSHA regulations.
• Ability to cover a large territory around Altoona.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform roofing installations according to project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite.
• Communicate with clients and staff to ensure satisfaction.
