Job summary

Lb-Capital is seeking experienced roofing subcontractor crews to join a growing team delivering high-quality residential roofing. You will work with our installation management group to complete projects on schedule while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

This full-time role involves traveling within our service area, maintaining proper COI and insurance, and coordinating with project managers to ensure workmanship meets standards.

Qualifications

• General Liability Insurance, Workers' Compensation Insurance, and COI are required or current.
• Reliable truck and roofing tools/equipment needed.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% within service area.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Install residential roofing systems per manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
• Maintain OSHA safety compliance and jobsite safety practices.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and internal team to ensure a great customer experience.
