Job summary

LB Capital is seeking experienced roofing subcontractor crews to join our growing team. You will install residential roofing systems to manufacturer specs and uphold our quality standards while maintaining a safe, organized jobsite and delivering projects on schedule.

You will communicate effectively with homeowners and our internal team, travel within the service area as needed, and coordinate with Project Managers to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must maintain OSHA safety compliance and safe work practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• Experience coordinating with project managers and crews.

Responsibilities

• Install residential roofing systems per manufacturer specs and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional jobsite.
