Job summary

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning in Texas is seeking a hands-on HVAC technician to maintain and repair residential heating and cooling equipment. You’ll diagnose issues, perform start-ups, and explain findings in plain language to customers while keeping a clean truck and safe work sites.

You’ll work with the office to schedule, order parts, and complete digital paperwork on time. A valid driver’s license, EPA certification, and basic computer skills are required; overtime and some weekend

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills; Outlook or similar.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair residential heating and cooling equipment.
• Check duct systems and keep tools ready for service calls.
• Diagnose issues, advise on solutions, and perform repairs.
• Test operations during start-up and record results.
• Explain all services and repairs performed to customers.
• Coordinate daily schedule with the office and order parts ahead.
• Finish digital paperwork neatly and on time.
• Leave work areas clean; keep company vehicle organized.
• Adhere to safety policies and wear PPE.
