Qualifications

• Current California Residential Electrician Certification or higher electrical certification.
• Residential electrical experience and ability to independently diagnose and resolve service calls.

Responsabilités

• Respond to residential electrical service calls involving failures, troubleshooting, repairs, and homeowner concerns.
• Diagnose problems using a systematic troubleshooting process and testing equipment.
• Repair, replace, install, and maintain receptacles, switches, breakers, circuits, wiring, lighting, and GFCI/AFCI protection.
• Evaluate safety, reliability, or performance impacts of system conditions.
• Explain diagnostic findings and present repair or improvement options clearly to homeowners.
• Identify needs for larger projects or specialized work and coordinate handoffs as needed.
• Document results, materials used, and required job information in ServiceTitan.
• Complete estimates, signatures, payment processing, and customer communications before closing.
• Maintain assigned service vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Follow electrical codes, safety procedures, and service standards.
