Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license.
• Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair HVAC systems; analyze issues, prepare cost estimates, and maintain truck inventory.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems to plan work procedures.
• Perform regular maintenance and preventive checks for reliability and efficiency.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally.
• Follow safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Document services performed and parts used with proper reports and records.
