Job summary

Allegacy is seeking a frontline member service professional in Northern Kentucky to assist members with deposits, loans, and transactions, while delivering outstanding service and cross-selling AFCU products. The role emphasizes accurate processing, CRM data input, and building trust through face-to-face conversations.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 2+ years in a sales environment, and prior financial institution experience.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Two or more years in sales environment, preferably financial products and services
• Two years financial institution experience preferred
• Eligible to be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sell products and services to meet members' needs.
• Process loan applications submitted via Internet, phone, mail or fax.
• Input Prospects and referrals and set follow-up appointments.
• Maintain confidentiality of members' financial information and provide trusted advisory service.

Education
