Sage Haus seeks a proactive Household Manager with childcare support to join our busy two-parent family in Dunlap, IL. This part-time role offers 25-30 hours per week with potential to grow into a full-time position as the relationship develops.

You will handle school pickups, afternoon logistics, homework help, errands, laundry, meal prep, and coordinate sitters using our family calendar app. Compensation is $28–$32 per hour, with mileage reimbursement and growth opportunities as trust is built.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to safely transport children as a core function
• Vaccinations up to date per AA P and CDC guidelines; influenza and routine adult vaccines
• CPR and first aid certification preferred

Responsabilités

• Handle school pickups and manage afternoon logistics
• Help children with homework and organize backpacks and materials
• Coordinate sitter scheduling and family calendar entries
• Laundry, meal prep, groceries, and household organization
• Vendor and property oversight; supervise home upkeep and repairs
• Vehicle maintenance coordination and occasional travel preparation
• Provide daily care for family dog and errands as needed
