Job summary

Trinity Health PACE program in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated driver to transport participants safely and deliver meals and essential supplies. You will maintain vehicle cleanliness and promptly report any issues to the Transportation Manager.

Responsibilities include adhering to schedules, assisting participants during boarding and disembarking, and communicating needs to the team. This full-time role offers benefits from day one and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Minimum one year of experience with elderly or frail populations preferred.
• Monday–Friday schedule, occasional weekend work.
• Safe driving history of at least five years.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport PACE participants, prioritizing their safety, comfort and satisfaction.
• Adhere to schedules, adjusting for unforeseen changes and participant needs.
• Operate vehicles in compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Provide physical assistance to participants as needed during boarding and disembarking.
• Ensure that identified needs and concerns are discussed with the appropriate team members.
