Job summary

Trinity Health PACE is seeking a dedicated transportation specialist to safely move participants, assist with boarding, and ensure timely, comfortable service in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Monday–Friday schedule, occasional weekend.

Position Purpose: Ensure safe and prompt transportation for PACE participants, including meal delivery and essential supplies. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety while promptly reporting any issues to the Transportation Manager.
