Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years banking experience with 2-3 years in loan operations or 1-2 years processing experience.
• Must maintain customer confidentiality.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory, legal, and bank regulation.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must comply with all bank policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares documentation for commercial real estate loan renewals and modifications.
• Prepare documentation for Letters of Credit.
• Prepare documentation for commercial non-real estate documents while maintaining service level standards.
• Prepare documentation for consumer loans while maintaining service level standards.
• Prepare New Vendor Forms for new vendors with invoices due on new loans.
• Receive high level accuracy on job related functions.
• Clears monthly exceptions as it pertains to loans processed.
• Provide back up support for other Processes as needed.
• Other duties as requested by their supervisor or other management representatives of the bank.
