Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years related work experience required.
• Experience with trust products or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer assigned trust accounts including personal trusts, estates, custodial and managing agency accounts, escrow accounts, IRAs, custodial depositories, retirement plans, etc.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing relationships and develop new business, including cross-selling other bank services.
• Ensure compliance with IRS Code, state Trust Code, and audit requirements by following policies and procedures.
• Collect and analyze customer information to recommend suitable financial products and explain advantages of different options.
• Respond promptly to trust-related and banking issues.
• Coordinate workflow, schedule projects, review client accounts, and set timelines for special projects.
• Assist in developing internal education content and scheduling for trust products and services.
• Identify, measure, monitor, and mitigate departmental and enterprise risks.
• Maintain awareness of Bank policies and risk management expectations and apply daily.
• Deliver high-quality service within our Serving More standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
