Responsibilities

• Administer trust accounts including personal trusts, estates, IRAs and retirement plans.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing relationships and cross-sell other bank services.
• Ensure compliance with IRS Code and state Trust Code, and audit requirements.
• Collect and analyze client information to recommend financial products.
• Respond timely to trust-related issues and coordinate workflows.
• Assist in internal education programs regarding trust products and services.
• Identify and mitigate departmental and enterprise risks.
• Maintain awareness of bank compliance requirements and risk management.
