Job summary

rednote is seeking a Product Manager to lead user trust and transparency experiences within the Trust & Safety ecosystem. You will design and build user-facing systems explaining moderation decisions, enforcement actions, appeals, and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management in user-facing platforms or governance systems.
• Ability to design clear communication experiences for complex policy scenarios.
• Experience with appeals, reporting systems or governance transparency is preferred.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, design, policy, operations, and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for user trust and transparency across the platform.
• Design transparent user experiences that communicate moderation decisions and policy explanations.
• Build scalable systems for user appeals and reporting to improve fairness and efficiency.
• Develop in-product education to help users understand platform rules and behavior.
• Improve governance outcome communications for clarity and consistency across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric governance experiences.
