Job summary

MRISpokane, a growing private wealth and trust organization, seeks a Trust Sales Officer to build the Texas market. You will develop fiduciary relationships, collaborate with trust administration and wealth professionals, and focus on market development and new business opportunities.

You will create referral channels with attorneys and CPAs, manage complex wealth scenarios, travel across North and West Texas, and represent the firm in professional networks.

Qualifications

• Significant trust, fiduciary, estate planning or private wealth experience.
• Strong understanding of trust law and fiduciary structures.
• Proven track record building new business.
• Established professional network preferred.
• Ability to communicate credibly with sophisticated clients and advisors.
• Entrepreneurial and self-directed.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop new trust and fiduciary relationships throughout the Texas market.
• Build and maintain relationships with estate planning attorneys, CPAs, business owners and other centers of influence.
• Partner with commercial banking, private wealth and other internal teams to identify opportunities.
• Advise prospects and referral partners on sophisticated trust and estate strategies.
• Develop business around legacy planning, succession planning and multigenerational wealth.
• Identify opportunities involving complex and nontraditional assets.
• Create new prospecting channels beyond traditional referral sources.
• Coordinate closely with Trust Officers responsible for onboarding and ongoing administration.
• Develop reciprocal referral relationships across the broader organization.
• Represent the organization throughout relevant professional and community networks.
