Job summary

Bumble Inc. is seeking an Integrity Operations Specialist to join the Trust Operations team within the Scaled Abuse pillar. The role is based in Austin or London, with hybrid work arrangements and reporting to the Scaled Abuse Integrity Operations Manager.

You will investigate moderation reports in the Spam, Scam & Fraud space, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and participate in on-call rotations to support global operations. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Trust & Safety, customer support, crisis response, or content moderation.
• Strong critical thinking with the ability to assess situations and follow guidance.
• Analytical mindset to investigate complex cases and identify evolving patterns.
• Collaborative work style with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and take action on user reports and proactive detections in Spam, Scam & Fraud.
• Handle high-volume cases with attention to detail and thoughtful decision-making.
• Navigate less defined cases using guidance and sound judgment.
• Apply critical thinking to assess context and identify patterns for policy updates.
• Share observations to improve processes, consistency and safety outcomes.
• Collaborate with Integrity Operations, Product and Engineering for complex cases and tooling feedback.
• Use AI-enabled tools and internal systems while ensuring outputs are accurate and fair.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
