Job summary

Google seeks an Analyst, Trust and Safety in New York at mid level to transform data into actionable insights and guide safety initiatives. You will analyze large datasets, identify trends, and mentor junior team members while collaborating across the Trust and Safety org.

The US base salary ranges from $144,450 to $167,000 plus 15% Bonus Target, equity, and role-based benefits. Hybrid work schedule may apply; compensation determined by skills, experience, and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of experience in the role or related area; or Master’s plus 2 years of experience.
• Experience in Trust and Safety analytics for actionable insights and trend identification.
• Project management of cross-functional initiatives, including content moderation tools, ML concepts, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between business objectives and systems, building strategies that support key business functions.
• Conduct strategic analysis to identify trends, optimize business performance, and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, overseeing planning, timeline estimation, and issue tracking from start to finish.
• Utilize large datasets to architect metrics, synthesize information, and influence business decisions by presenting key insights.
• Drive process improvements for stakeholders by managing escalations, providing solutions, and implementing recommendations.
