Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Trust and Safety Analyst-related occupation.
• Alternatively, Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Trust and Safety Analyst-related occupation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between business objectives and systems, building strategies that support key business functions.
• Conduct strategic analysis to identify trends, optimize business performance, and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, overseeing planning, timeline estimation, and issue tracking from start to finish.
• Utilize large datasets to architect metrics, synthesize information, and influence business decisions by presenting key insights.
• Drive process improvements for stakeholders by managing escalations, providing solutions, and implementing recommendations.
