The Trust Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships while helping clients identify and work toward their financial goals. She or he will work closely with clients, attorneys, CPAs, portfolio managers, trust professionals, and other internal partners to deliver a high level of personalized service. Most clients are local. This position offers a competitive compensation package, including bonus potential up to 20%. Relocation assistance is available and negotiable.

  • Partner with internal trust, investment, planning, and banking professionals.
  • Support clients with wealth management, trust, planning, and estate-related needs.
  • Provide exceptional service with a focus on long-term client retention.
  • Represent the company professionally in the local market.
  • Participate in community and professional activities.

  • Willingness to work in the office.
Why This Is a Great Opportunity

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, serving clients, and helping individuals and families navigate their broader financial goals. The role is more than pure trust administration. It involves meaningful client interaction, relationship development, and collaboration with attorneys, CPAs, and internal wealth management professionals. Our client offers the stability of a long-established organization, a highly collaborative culture, and the opportunity to work with local clients. The company encourages community involvement, with employees participating in ten or more community events each year. This is an in‑office position, but the company offers flexibility with time. Relocation assistance is available and negotiable for the right candidate.
