• Manage fiduciary and administrative responsibilities in line with legal and compliance standards.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on estate planning, tax considerations, and wealth transfer strategies.

This role is open due to continued AUM growth, offering high visibility, stability, and strong long-term upside.

Location: Columbia, Missouri and surrounding markets

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
• Highly preferred certifications: CFP, CTFA, or JD
• 5–10+ years of experience in trust administration, estate planning, or wealth management
• Strong knowledge of fiduciary principles, trust/estate administration, and regulations
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Collaborative, client-focused approach with high professionalism
