Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in wealth management, trust, financial planning, or relationship management.
• 10+ years of experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client goals, needs, and objectives.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with attorneys, CPAs, and other professionals.
• Partner with internal trust, investment, planning, and banking teams.
• Support clients with wealth management, trust, planning, and estate needs.
• Provide exceptional service with focus on long-term retention.
• Represent the company professionally in the local market.
• Participate in community and professional events.
