Job summary

Fifth Third Bank seeks a Trust Real Estate Administrator to support the Regional Trust Real Estate Manager. You will assist with real estate reviews, title insurance, and appraisals while interacting with client teams and vendors across multiple locations.

Role emphasizes risk awareness, compliance with fiduciary policies, and delivering top-tier client service within a dispersed portfolio of properties. Prior trust/real estate exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; Associate Degree preferred.
• Trust Real Estate Administrator or related experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word; strong system administration/support skills.
• Detail oriented with good problem solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of Regulation 9 real estate reviews.
• Assist with obtaining title insurance and appraisals.
• Participate in client sales and service calls as needed.
• Interact with other areas of Trust and the Bank; provide back-up client communication.
