Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
7 years of experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, or related experience.
Understanding of trust administration principles and fiduciary responsibilities.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Ability to monitor accounts and ensure documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

Fiduciary Account Administration: manages fiduciary accounts per governing documents and policy.
Account Oversight and Review: reviews trust documents and monitors activity.
Client Relationship Management: serves as primary contact for clients, beneficiaries, and advisors.
Risk and Compliance Management: ensures adherence to fiduciary and regulatory requirements.
Account Lifecycle Management: oversees openings/closings, asset transfers, tax reporting coordination.
