Qualifications
- 2+ years of heavy civil litigation experience.
- Direct experience with discovery, service of subpoenas, and deposition/trial prep.
- Comfort working in probate court is a plus.
- Trust or conservatorship litigation experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency with Adobe for exhibit prep.
- Comfort using AI tools in daily workflow.
- Experience in a Microsoft-based office environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle trust and will contests, probate and trust administration disputes.
- Assist in breach of fiduciary duty matters and related hearings.
- Support conservatorships, trust petitions, and inheritance disputes.
- Prepare documents for discovery, depositions, and trials; manage exhibits.
