Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least three years in financial services recommended.
• Proficient with PC-based software (Word, Excel, databases).
• Strong written and verbal communication; research and analytical skills.
• Compliance with laws, regulations and Bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Process and report trust payables/receivables, new and terminating accounts, securities settlement and custody.
• Handle account administration, deposits/withdrawals, balancing, and trust system maintenance.
• Respond to internal/external client requests promptly; prepare memos and reports.
• Train and assist Trust Officers and Trust Specialists on accounting transactions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
