Job summary

Infovisa, Inc. is seeking a Trust Operations Outsourcing Specialist in our Cornelius, NC location.

The role supports back‑office trust accounting services for banks and wealth managers, handling trade confirmation/settlement, income posting, and corporate actions in a high-accuracy environment. The position requires a background in trust or securities operations, a 4-year degree (business preferred), and the ability to learn multiple functions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of trust operations or securities operations experience
• CSOP designation preferred
• Four-year college degree with emphasis in business or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process trades for various security types
• Post income to trust accounts when funds are received
• Perform reconciliations of client cash and securities custodial accounts
• Setup and maintain securities in the MAUI trust accounting system
• Develop and update procedures for accuracy and efficiency
• Provide timely information to outsourced banks
• Meet SLA requirements for tasks across multiple banks
• Assist in training and cross-training staff
