Job summary

The Forge Companies in Atlanta is seeking an Operations Specialist I - Trust to support trust administration and the Operations Manager in daily tasks. You will manage client accounts, reconcile cash processes, and uphold internal controls with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in business or finance and at least two years in trust or banking operations, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field is required or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of trust, investment or banking operations experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review and process new and existing client account paperwork.
• Maintain client records with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle asset control, vault duties and assist with audits.
• Process daily trust cash registers and reconcile Trust settlements.
• Process deposits and disbursements through AddVantage.
• Maintain internal controls to meet audits and regulations.
• Perform general administrative duties and maintain records.
• Assist Operations Manager with special projects as needed.
• Collaborate with other Operations areas for back-up support.
• Other duties as assigned.
