Qualifications

• Requires 20–25 hours per week, Mon-Fri, starting at 9 AM.
• Knowledge of trust accounting principles a plus; 1–2 years preferred.
• Accounting background required.
• Experience with a trust accounting system or MAUI is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of asset positions with custodians and accounting system.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of internal/house suspense accounts.
• Research and resolve exceptions to limit liability and exposure.
• Create and produce daily/monthly reports based on SLAs.
• Import/export data to third-party service providers and render invoices.
• Adhere to duties and controls; ensure accuracy and consistency.
