Mercer Advisors is seeking a Trust Operations Coordinator to deliver internal and administrative support for the Trust Operations team. You will handle client documents, assist staff with workflow, and ensure timely correspondence with internal teams and clients.
The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to resolve daily operational questions. Responsibilities include processing WMT-related requests, maintaining pricing, preparing reports, and enforcing quality
Our Trust Operations Team provides a high level of service and support to our Wealth Management Teams (WMT). The Trust Operations Team also acts as liaison between the WMT and any Corporate Trustee business partner to ensure multi‑transactional and money movement requests are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities include processing and monitoring WMT‑related requests, researching for internal and external clients, accurately setting up and processing receipts and disbursements, requesting new unique asset paperwork, maintaining pricing, preparing operational reports, and performing quality‑control reviews and reconciliations.
The Trust Operations Coordinator will provide internal and administrative support for the Trust Operations team. This role requires flexibility, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to help the team succeed. The coordinator will investigate and resolve questions regarding all aspects of daily operational responsibilities.
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Professional hybrid office environment, daytime hours, working inside, standing, and sitting; no heavy lifting over 10 lb.
Actual base pay within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills, and licenses/certifications. This position is also eligible to earn incentive compensation through one of Mercer Advisors’ incentive compensation programs.
$22,000 – $25,000 USD
