As our Trust Operations Client Services Associate, you'll serve as a key connection point between clients, vendors, and internal team members while ensuring trust account information remains accurate, organized, and up to date. Throughout your day, you'll coordinate account updates and changes, review and establish new account files, maintain account statements and contact information, respond to routine requests, and provide assistance during more complex situations requiring problem-solving and resolution.
