Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or equivalent is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous trust or investment experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Proficient in PC usage and standard office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer files and records for trust accounts.
• Record keeping in the Cheetah accounting system; manage openings, closings, and changes.
• Post transactions in the Cheetah accounting system adhering to accounting rules.
• Assist account administrators with reporting and documentation.
• Prepare and organize document imaging.
• Complete period-end reconciliations.
• Maintain active involvement in the community and with the Bank.
• Nurture relationships with existing bank customers through face-to-face interactions.
